Mike is a licensed landscape architect who has been practicing since 2011 with a diverse experience in both commercial and high end residential projects. Prior to launching Rettenmeier Design, Mike gained invaluable work experience at notable firms such as Eric Rains Landscape Architecture, The SLAM Collaborative, and Michael D'Angelo Landscape Architecture. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Landscape Architecture.
Rettenmeier Design (RETT) was launched in 2024 to provide clients with landscape architecture and 3D visualization services. The firm provides design and collaboration services for a wide range of clientele including architects, landscape architects, landscape contractors, interior designers, builders, realtors, developers, and product designers.
Mike, his wife Lisa, and their three children, proudly call Burlington, Connecticut their home. His perspective, graphic eye, and understanding of the design process bring great efficiencies to any design and visualization effort.
